Outstanding service and state of the art technology provide the best possible eye exam and prescription for glasses or contacts. As someone with challenging vision impairment I greatly appreciate that their labs offer the very best progressive lenses which definitely make a significant difference in the quality of my new glasses. I have used this staff for my lens and sunglasses selections for many years. They always offer me good advice and guide me to the perfect glasses for my face. Never have they failed me. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ali! I came in with an eye infection, and they provided thorough, compassionate care that helped me recover quickly. Dr. Ali explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and went above and beyond to ensure my treatment worked effectively. I also appreciated the flexibility in payment options, which made the whole process much less stressful. I started coming to this shop for my prescription lenses in 2000, when my favorite Lindberg frames broke. Back then, it was owned by Dr Alpert and I liked how I could custom order any Lindberg frames. Dani, one of the opticians, was very knowledgeable and helpful! She spent time helping me build/ design my Lindberg frames. Every year since 2000, I get new glasses from only this store! This year, 2005, they are now owned by VSP (the big eye insurance company). This has made it easier for me in terms of better ins. coverage & faster turnaround time to get new prescription glasses (although I am not longer able to custom order any Lindberg frames). I recently had to re-make a pair of new glasses which was covered by the VSP because Woodland Hills Vision Care Optometry shop is a part of the VSP Premium program. Five stars for customer focused (Dani is THE BEST OPTICIAN!) and turnaround time in getting glasses!

Woodland Hills Vision is continuing the thorough exam as did Dr Alpert. Dr Eingleberg was so kind and took me through all the test and explained my results in a way that I could understand. I left feeling so good that I had my annual exam. It is worth the $39 to do all the test that take eye pressure and look deeper into the back of the retina. I had shingles a couple years ago in my eye and Dr Eingleberg was able to assure me that I healed nicely and no scarring. I do wish they had the medium in the Ray Ban sunglasses as that was the size I needed.

I had the BEST experience with Woodland Hills Vision Care Optometry. I was helped by Dr. Ali and Sandra. I have had double vision my entire life and Dr. Ali was the first doctor to gently and professionally explain to me what my condition was. She helped me find a solution to my problem, all while being extremely kind. She was absolutely phenomenal and genuinely almost moved me to tears because of sweet she was to me. She really listened to my concerns! Sandra helped measure my glasses frames after my examination. She was very enthusiastic and helpful. She went the extra mile to select different frames for me. Both ladies and the women at the front desk made my experience absolutely incredible. I hardly ever write reviews but I need to give credit where credit is due. Thank you all so much! <3

Best Optometrist office hands down. The entire staff is great. Dani is amazing. She was a delight to work with. She really took my very good experience & made it even 10 times better. Highly recommend this office.

I was seen on time and had a great e,perfect with my eye exams. Dr Eisenberg reviewed my medical/eye history and completed my examination completely. I was sorry when Dr Alpert left, but happy to have a pro continue my visual care.
